Although I don't always get a chance to reply to the group chat - just want to say a massive thank you for everything you do. You aren't just here to take our money, and hope we change ourselves. This isn't a quick fix. Instead you are giving us information to make smart lifestyle changes that will benefit us for a lot longer. Thank you for all the hard work, all the quotes and hump day motivation and for the tough love on negativity to change our mindsets to keep us going. You are such a bright light for the dark tunnel many of us have found ourselves stuck in and I am so grateful to have found a coach that really cares and gives the energy & resources to make that change in our lives ❤️

On finishing the 6 Week Challenge with Meg I am no longer scared of carbs and I understand that they are fuel for weight training. The proof is in the PB's. I am lifting the heaviest I have ever lifted because I am eating more. 

I am most definitely going in the right direction. Slow and steady wins the race and I feel like if I keep doing what I'm doing which is a lifestyle and mindset change. I am starting to see small changes in my body and feeling more comfortable in my skin.

Whenever I had issues with exercises help was only ever a message away. 

I am drinking less and realising that I do not need to be at every single party. Starting the week fresh makes a massive difference when it comes to keeping on track, energy levels and making healthy choices.

"With this year came the reality of working from home and gyms closed, i quickly realised how much I'd stopped moving daily and was in a sense comfort eating, my daily steps went from 15k to 2k max and I got into a bad routine of waking at 8am and just going to sit at my desk in the next room for 8hrs. I have followed Megs Insta page for a while and when I seen she had a 6 week challenge I thought why not give it ago. The knowledge she provided around nutrition and how to enjoy food again without the guilt was amazing , she tailored a home workout plan for me and each week I could see improvements wether it was lifting heavier or doing extra reps, the biggest thing I have noticed is my change in mindset, getting into daily routines like drinking 2liters of water 10k steps and being mindful of screen time before bed has had a huge impact on my busy mind, i can't thank Megan enough for providing all these tools and I now have this knowledge myself to continue my progress."
