Moving to Australia in 2017 I fell straight into the world of working 60+ hours a week. Going straight from work to the pub, to bed and repeat. I did this for about 18 months solid, in this time I put on over 20kg. I was at my unhealthiest not only physically but mentally too. I then decided enough was enough. It was time to quit the excuses and take life back into my own hands again!
Instead of going down the road of quick fixes I decided to start investing time and money into a trainer and learning all about the fundamentals of nutrition. This is when I started to get sustainable, lasting results and realised the importance of not just aesthetics but looking after yourself physically and mentally.
My aim is to help both males and females to become the strongest and most confident versions of themselves. I want to help my clients change their lifestyles by stepping away from typical fad diets and excessive cardio, get strong and build confidence, just like I did.
My love for training has expanded over the years, I’ve seen my confidence and mindset shift massively from when I first started. That is what I strive to help my clients with; to be the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves.
Your life shouldn't be spent in a diet. Exercising, training, watching what you eat - it all comes down to more than just aesthetics. Having goals is a very important thing in life. Without them we have nothing to strive for.
I am passionate about sharing not only the physical benefits of exercise but the mental benefits too. As well as teaching others how to navigate their way to their goals in a sustainable and healthy way. I want to help you achieve your goals and be the best version of yourself.
